Mobile Spares was started in 2009 with the goal of providing mobile users, mobile technicians, retailers, whole sellers with an easy way to find and purchase spare parts for their phones. We offer a wide range of parts for all major brands, and our inventory is constantly expanding to cover new models and products.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Policy

Getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible just because shipping is free. Cellspare.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you. Our commitment is to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised on our website.

If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. Each order may only be shipped to a single destination address.


2. Postage for return

The return shipment postage of packages is not covered by us.


3. Missing or wrong item received

After receiving the package, please inspect its content. In case some items are missing from your order or incorrect items were sent, please keep the whole package intact and weigh it along with the packing material. Take photographs of everything and send them to us by email within 7 days. We will look into your case upon receiving the email. Depending on our investigation results, we might require you to return the erroneous item and will replace it with the correct one. Refunds will not be given in such cases.


Please provide us with proofs as follows after receiving the incorrect product:

  • Photos or videos of the incorrect item
  • Photographs, videos, or screen shots showing the defective item’s malfunction

4. Get damaged or DOA (dead on arrival) items

In the event that you (buyer) find the item damaged (cracked) when it arrives, immediately notify us and the carrier. If the item does not work (DOA), don’t modify the parts and don’t remove the lamination guard. Please take photos of the item, including the packaging, and send them to us by email.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by postal or shipping services (courier companies). We recommend you carefully check the contents of the package in front of the representative of the postal service or shipping company before signing the warranty form.

Please provide us with proofs as follows:

  • Front and back photos of the original Cellspare.com package
  • Photos or videos of the defective item
  • Photos, videos, or screenshots showing the defective item’s malfunction

5. Return unsatisfactory products
You can return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 3 days of receipt if you’re not satisfied for any reason. We will charge customers shipping costs both ways if the return isn’t the result of our error. If you are returning items, please make sure they are in their original packaging, and they are in the same condition as they were when you received them. Cellspare has full authority to decide whether to refund the customer.


6. Estimated delivery time for customers outside of India.
–  It usually takes 10 – 30 working days for a product to reach a destination outside of India.

–  If customer agrees to pay additional $35.usd shipping charges, we will deliver within 10 working days.

It usually takes 3 to 10 working days for a product to be delivered

As soon as we ship a item, you will receive a mail with the courier company name and the tracking number for the same. You can track your product online on the respective courier company’s website. If you notice a delay in the delivery of an item, you can always contact us and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in this regard.

Orders are shipped via Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Aramex, Professional and Overnight courier services. If there is no service, we use speed post, which is also trackable.


8. Calculation of warranty days
Please keep in mind that warranty days are calculated from the date of delivery.

Warranty Policy

Cellspare.com requires you to agree that these policies apply to your order when you place your order, so read them carefully before placing your order.


1. Any traces of repositioning should not be visible on the protective film or warranty seal.

2. There should be no physical damage to the part.

3. The device must not be modified or adjusted in any way or misused.

4. Careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misuse of voltage, and other external factors) is not covered under the warranty.

5. Protective film and warranty seals on LCD and touch screen should be intact. Before removing protective film and seals, please ensure the LCD or touch screen works. If you remove, you accept void product warranty.
